I’ve had my Soffie sofa for about a month now, and I’m so glad I went with this Canadian business.

The whole buying process was honestly great. Their customer service is incredibly quick and responsive. I actually got to try the sofa out at a local cafe and look through their physical fabric swatches beforehand, which made it so much easier to confidently pick the right option.

​They have so many great colors and soft fabrics to choose from, but I went with the green corduroy. As you can see in the photos, it looks really stylish in the space and the fabric is super comfortable. It’s also stain-resistant, which is a huge plus.
​My favorite feature has to be the sofa bed design. Instead of a traditional, clunky pull-out with noisy springs and a million moving parts, it just seamlessly collapses down into a bed. It’s a brilliant design, incredibly practical, and makes hosting guests so much easier. If you’re looking for a comfortable, functional couch and want to support a local business, I highly recommend Soffie.

Swatches were great and arrived quickly

I researched couches for over a month before deciding on Soffie. My criteria were straight-forward: sofa bed, cream/beige colour, and within a $2,000 budget.

Although the Nest 3-Seater exceeded my budget by about $330, Soffie’s excellent customer service gave me confidence in the purchase. Their team was responsive, attentive, and helped direct me to partner locations in Toronto where I could test the couch in person. We ended up trying it at a small Italian bakery in Unionville — loved both the couch and the food!

Shipping was quick since the couch was in stock, and the mystery side table gift was a cute surprise.

The couch is firm, feels very solid and durable, and has a surprising amount of built-in storage, which is perfect for compact Toronto condos.

Assembly was difficult because the couch is very heavy and the instructions need improvement, but customer service immediately arranged help for the next day.

The only downside was lobby-only condo delivery. Other than that, after one week, we absolutely LOVE it.

The bed sofa is a very good quality, the upholstery we choose is exactly what we selected from the sample swatches. It was easy to assemble but we did hire someone to do this for us because we have mobility issues. The only thing I would criticize is the delivery; being a senior having to navigate 6 large boxes from the front of our building was very difficult. It would be nice to offer a suite delivery service even if it did trigger an extra fee.

Customer service was fabulous! All companies should be this responsive!

It is a great unit and while the dimensions are noted in the website, i didn't really realize how large it would be, especially the depth but that is my fault.

It is wide enough for 1 person to sleep without opening up the bed😀
